How to enjoy exercise

Working out is not always fun, especially when you are pounding away on a cardio machine and the minutes just drags by. That can (and almost always do) lead to not visiting the gym that often and can also delay having the body of your dreams. Music is a surefire way to ensure that you enjoy your workouts much more and the time will also fly faster.

Chatting with a gym partner will surely make you enjoy the work out more than when you are working out on your own.

3. Watch a fun TV show

A TV show that is entertaining will let the minutes fly by while you have a blast.

4. Get high on endorphins

The more you exercise, the more endorphins (feel good hormones) are released. Keeping that in mind will help you to enjoy exercise more.

5. Have a workout mantra

A workout mantra can be something like “I am building my defined, hot body” and it can help you to push yourself harder and also to enjoy it more.

6. Have a picture of how you want to look nearby

Keep a picture of how you want to look close and let it act as motivation for yourself. Every day that you work on that goal will surely be enjoyable.

7. Do interval training
