Teas and juices are the key to detoxing your body

During any detox diet drink teas, that benefits the kidneys, liver and intestine.

Awesome detoxifying teas that you should drink to do a total body cleanse:

1. Green tea. In a detoxification diet it is recommended to drink three cups of tea a day, sweetened with honey.

2. Milk thistle. It contains silybum marianum which regenerates, detoxifies and accelerates liver functions.

3. Nettle tea. It contains substances such as vitamins, protein and vitamin K, which help stop bleeding. It is recommended for women with abundant and irregular menstruation.

This composition is consumed on an empty stomach, in the morning, noon and evening before the meal.
