The winter season is upon us and soon there is going to be a lot of it going around. And by it I don’t mean just the Christmas cheer, I am referring ti the germ, cold and the flu. A slant fin humidifier can help you avoid all of that as long as you can get yourself indoors and crack the window a little. That is what most people fail to realize in my opinion. The fact that it is impossible to contract any kind of diseases from the cold itself escape the attention of many people. Why buy a slant fin?

Why not buy a slant fin humidifier? They are some of the best machines that have ever come out in the heating and humidifier market and by joe, I assure you I know what I am talking abut in this one folks. I may not understand quantum physics or how and why quarks are important but I sure as hell do understand heating equipment having been in the industry for much of my adult life. This means that I have close to 20 years of experience and let me tell you something that I tell every single one of my customers — there is no point getting a heater if you aren’t going to buy a humidifier to go with it folks. You must understand what any kind of heater or boiler, set up in any size does to your home. It makes your home a little bit hotter than it should be but you can get that taken care of easily of course. What it also does, and this is a byproduct of the whole heating the air process that is something that is essential to the whole idea is that it makes the humidity levels in the air drop down a bit. Sometimes more than a bit. This is what you have to be on the lookout for as wen something like this happens it can cause immense problems for you. What will begins happening is that you will s your lips cracking (I’ve seen a 6 year old’s lips bleed because of the kind of dryness that the heating creating. For some reason they never applied Vaseline to the poor one’s face.)

Anyways, in addition to that you get watery eyes and some other problems like itchy throats. Hear what I have to say folks and make sure that you get a slant fin humidifier for your home.

Are Slant Fin and Enviracaire the same humidifier?

Many loyal slant fin humidifier customers like myself have been slightly confused with the whole name change game that has taken place after Enviracaire bought over the Slant Fin corporation. This means that there has been something complicated that has taken place. So I decided to take a closer look until I finally figured out what was going on until I read some of the documents. What has been going on is that the company has moved in and taken over the humidifier technology of the Slant Fin company while leaving the boilers business to them. This is what has caused the confusion for many of the customs like myself. So slant Fin is still around. They just don’t deal in humidifiers anymore. But there is nothing to worry about this one because Enviracaire has more than stepped up to the plate with this baby!

Their humidifiers have taken the best of the Slant Fin range and them mixed them with the best design that they could produce creating an amalgamation that is nothing short of amazing. It is like the BMW or even the Bentley of the humidifier world. With competition like vicks and other companies like Bionaire and Aprilaire, I wouldn’t have expected any less of them.

So the class features of the Slant Fin like the night light and the multiple mineral absorption pads are still around. They just are in a different packaging now. You also get the same quality and the guarantee that you would original get with the Slant Fin corporation as Enviracaire has decided to offer more if not the same standard that Slant Fin had set. The humidifiers now carry about three years of warranty and there are a lot many service centers to go around for them in case something goes wrong folks.
